Mr Kelly, with his knowledge, skills, and professionalism was able to sort my hearing problem, and literally improve my life. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any one.

I saw Mr Kelly recently regarding an issue with my ear that had been causing me quite some distress and impacting on my life.
I was grateful for the time he spent with me asking questions and taking an interest without feeling rushed, and also allowing me to ask questions which helped me to understand what is going on and where to go from here.
Mr Kelly explained everything to me that he was doing and what he thought about what was going on, and has provided opportunity after my appointment to ask further questions, which I have really valued while I have processed what we discussed. I also appreciated that he told me straight his assessment of the situation and prognosis, although not in an unkind manner.

I found Mr Kelly to be a very personable and welcoming man. Very easy to talk to and more importantly I felt that he listened to me without assuming my medical problem. he made me feel that I had known for some time, he was so comfortable to be with.

I had a telephone consultation with Mr Kelly and the first thing I noticed was his polite manner, the second was how he actually listened to what I had to say, his knowledge is exceptionally good even on things not in his field.
Would I recommend him to anyone, absolutely without a doubt.

Gerard Kelly is a Consultant ENT surgeon in Leeds, he specialises in otology, neuro-otology and sinus surgery and treats both adults and children. He works in Leeds General Infirmary in NHS practice. He qualified in 1990 and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1994. He trained in Glasgow, Edinburgh, London and Manchester. He became a consultant ENT and skull base surgeon in 2001, in Leeds.
In private practice her works in the Spire Hospital, Leeds and The Leeds Nuffield Hospital. He sees only private patients in the private sector (whereas some consultants see both NHS and private patients in private hospitals). He is a member of the council of the British Society of Otology (BSO, part of ENTUK) and runs the BSO balance course.
He has an MD (Docorate of Medicine) and an MEd (Masters of Education degree) as well as his primary medical degree.
